Commission Wizard was born from working directly with insurance agencies in Florida who were drowning in manual reconciliation work. We built a system that uses machine learning to understand any carrier's commission statement format, match policies against your AMS data regardless of formatting differences, and generate detailed reconciliation reports — in minutes instead of days.

Then we followed the money past the match: agent commissions month by month, splits and agency fees, payments, and a portal where agents check their own numbers.

Our core innovation is universal learning by column name. When the system learns that a column called 'Pol #' represents a policy number in one carrier's report, it applies that knowledge to every future carrier file — Progressive, State Farm, Swyfft, any carrier that uses the same column name. The system gets smarter with every file processed.
