Commission Wizard was born from working directly with insurance agencies in Florida who were drowning in manual reconciliation work. We built a system that uses machine learning to understand any carrier's commission statement format, match policies against your AMS data regardless of formatting differences, and generate detailed reconciliation reports — in seconds instead of days.

But we didn't stop at matching files. Commission Wizard tracks every agent's commissions month by month, manages the complete financial chain from carrier payment to agent payout — including custom commission rates, agency operational fees, and split percentages — records payments, and lets agents check their own numbers through a self-service portal. Every reconciliation is saved for future review, creating a complete audit trail of your agency's commission history.

Our core innovation is universal learning by column name. When the system learns that a column called 'Pol #' represents a policy number in one carrier's report, it applies that knowledge to every future carrier file — Progressive, State Farm, Swyfft, any carrier that uses the same column name. The system gets smarter with every file processed.
