What happens when my trial ends?

Your account moves to the free plan. You keep your data but cannot process new files until you subscribe.

Go to the Organization page and click 'Upgrade Plan'. You're redirected to Stripe Checkout for new subscriptions, or the Stripe Customer Portal for existing ones where you can change plans, update payment method, or cancel.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply limits at the next billing cycle.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees, implementation fees, or long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.

If you reach your monthly job limit, the system lets you know and suggests upgrading. If you try to invite more users than your plan allows, you'll see a limit notification. Features not included in your plan show a message indicating which plan you need. Upgrades take effect immediately through Stripe — no waiting.
