Commission Wizard provides automated commission reconciliation services for insurance agencies. The Service includes:
3.1 Subscription Plans: Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Different plans offer varying features as described on our pricing page.
3.2 Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein.
3.3 Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial period.
3.4 Price Changes: We may modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

5.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
5.2 Data Processing: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your files for the purpose of providing commission reconciliation services.
5.3 Privacy: Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5.4 Data Retention: Uploaded files are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

While our AI achieves high accuracy rates, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying the results before taking action based on them.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMISSION WIZARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9.1 Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
9.2 Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
